This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
