According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night) from October 1, 2021:
Accommodation tax JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates for room rate JPY 10,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate of JPY 15,000 and over per night.
The property permits your child to sleep with you on the same bed if your child is 4 years of age or younger (free of charge). Please bring a bath towel, toothbrush and nightwear, etc. for your child as no amenities are provided for a child who stays for free on existing bedding.
The stadium view is only Deluxe Twin Room.
[Renovation Work at the Guest Lounge (2nd Floor)]
Renovation work will take place at the guest lounge on the second floor of the property.
During the renovation period, the guest lounge on the second floor will not be available for use.
From January 13, 2026 to the end of July 2026(estimated)
