Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

When staying in an extra bed, meals are paid additionally.
When checking in with children, guests must present the original birth certificate of the child, otherwise it will be impossible to check in.
Upon check-in, foreign guests must provide a passport and a visa with an immigration card or a residence permit.

Additional payment for children aged 5 to 16 years:
• accommodation rate — RUB 1000.00 per day;
• accommodation with breakfast — RUB 2000.00 per day;
• accommodation with breakfast and dinner — RUB 3100.00 per day;
• accommodation with breakfast and lunch — RUB 2700.00 per day;
• accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner — RUB 3800.00 per day.
Pets are allowed with a height of no more than 50 cm at the withers. A fee is charged for each animal, regardless of the length of stay. Pets with a height of more than 50 cm at the withers are prohibited.
