【Regarding Changes to the Handling of Accommodation Tax】
Until now, the accommodation tax has been included in the room rates at our hotel. However, from March 1, 2026, the Tokyo accommodation tax will be collected separately from room charges at check-in. Please pay the accommodation tax at the hotel front desk upon check-in.
■ Tokyo Accommodation Tax (per person per night)
Room charge under JPY 10,000: No tax.
Room charge JPY 10,000 to under JPY 15,000: JPY 100.
Room charge JPY 15,000 and above: JPY 200.
■ Date of Application: This policy applies to reservations made on or after March 1, 2026 (Sunday).
If you choose to pay in advance, the accommodation tax is still payable separately at check-in.
For reservations made on or before February 28, 2026, the accommodation tax is included in the room rate, even for stays on or after March 1, 2026, and no additional payment is required.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
Please enter the full name exactly as it appears on your passport when you book the hotel. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Please note that children over 7 years old should be booked as adults and are charged the same rates.
Preschool children (6 years & under) sleep free of charge.
1 child per bed is allowed.
