Important information
Guests must be 18 years old and above and hotel guest only to use the property's fitness centre which includes the swimming pool, spa bath and sauna. Fitness centre is closed on every 1st of each month. The property entrance on Aoyama Dori Street is closed between 12:00 AM - 06:30 AM. Guests expecting to arrive during this time are required to use the main entrance on Stadium Dori Street. Please note that charging for utilizing swimming pool in Allamanda Spa Aoyama Club will be officially started from 11th April 2022. Entrance fee: JPY 3300.00, consumption tax included. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests need to inform Hotel Allamanda Aoyama Tokyo in advance of their expected arrival time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in the confirmation. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
