Important information

Please inform Vakantiehuisje Bredene in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that water is included, with a maximum usage of 100 liter per person per day. Please note that electricity is included, with a maximum usage of 10 KWh per day. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. You can bring your own or rent them on site. Bed linen are EUR 7.5 per person, where bad linen are EUR 8 per person. Managed by a private host
