Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests must pay a registration fee for foreign citizens in the amount of RUB 250.00 per person for the entire period of stay. Citizens of Russia: Upon arrival, adults (aged 14 and older) must show a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (passports and driving licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all children (under 14). If the child travels with a relative (except for parents) or a guardian, upon arrival must also be presented documents confirming his right to accompany the child. Citizens of foreign countries: upon arrival, adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. This hotel has adjoining / adjacent rooms that can be provided depending on availability. To request adjoining / adjacent rooms, contact the hotel directly using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Guests have the opportunity to use the paid pool at the Hilton Saint Petersburg ExpoForum hotel, located in a neighboring building. Children under 18 years old stay free of charge without a bed. A baby cot or playpen is available free of charge for up to 5 years. From 5 years, the cost is RUB 2000.00 per day. For children are offered: a bath (on request), stands or steps for the sink, children's bathrobes in sizes of 110 cm and 140 cm, a child seat in the restaurant (on request). A children's menu is also available, including in the room service. There is a children's channel in the room. In addition, for children, the hotel offers: a separate reception for children, a children's passport, a drink voucher.
