Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Credit card used to guarantee this booking will be validated by the hotel with a preauthorization amount. In case the card decline or the booking seems fraudulent the hotel has rights to cancel the booking. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details. The number of extra beds depends on the room category. Guests must take a look at the information about the size of the selected room. Deposit If paid by cash, the money will be returned immediately upon check out. If paid by credit card, the refund will take approximately 7 to 14 business days to be credited back to the card.
