A damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. - For stays of 1 to 3 nights, credit card details are requested for the deposit. - For stays of 4 to 29 nights, a EUR 200.00 security deposit is required by bank transfer or credit card for incidentals. Beds are made on arrival and towels are changed during the stay. For flexible rates, daily cleaning is included except kitchenette and dishes. For stays over 4 nights, bed linen and towels are changed once a week and final cleaning is not included.The maximum occupancy includes a baby cot. Please note that basic WiFi access is free of charge and full WiFi access is available at an extra cost. Apartments with views are available upon request and availability and at an extra cost of EUR 10.00 per night. The card used for the reservation must be the same on arrival. Otherwise, the booking should be canceled and a new one made with a new card. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
