Important information
In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

In order to check in, please call the contact mobile number provided on your booking confirmation at least 60 minutes prior to your arrival. Staff is only available between 12:30 until 17:30. For late check in, and in order to access the property, a code is provided via email. Please note that cleaning fee of € 25 per stay and €10 per stay for gas energy are not included and need to be paid cash at the property Please note the building has no lift. All apartments are accessed via a number of stairs.
