Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Early check-in is available for a fee subject to availability. Late check-out is available for a fee subject to availability. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. This property accepts credit cards and cash. Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit. This property does not have elevators. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 12 years old are only allowed with adult supervision. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
