Important information

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for reservations with more than 3 rooms, different conditions are applied. Please note that each room booked requires a security deposit of EUR 300. Please note that information of the credit card used to make the reservation must correspond to the holder of the reservation. In case of prepayment, the credit card used must be presented at check-in. Otherwise a new payment may be requested. Parking is available upon availability, as the spaces available are not sufficient for all guests in situations of high demand. During winter time, Luna Olympus reception is working from 9 AM to 9 PM.
