A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. A city tax is required. The free shuttle must be booked in advance and operates on a fixed schedule starting at 08:15 AM from the hotel. The last shuttle from the city centre leaves at 08:00 PM. It stops at Piazzale Montelungo, near Santa Maria Novella Train Station in central Florence, 300 metres from the Exhibition Centre. Please note that the outdoor pool is open from May to September.
