Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. 1 child, up to the age of 4 years, can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian's room. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply); to arrange pick-up, guests are required to contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
