Luggage assistance is available upon request at least 48 hours before arrival and for an additional fee.
Bed linen and towels are changed every two days.
Daily cleaning includes: trash removal, toiletries refill, basic cleaning from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
Additional cleaning during the day or after 04:00 PM is available for an additional fee.
If guests wish to order a full cleaning (including linen and towel change, as well as assistance with luggage upon check-out), they must inform the reception before 11:00 AM.
These services are available upon request for an additional fee:
Porter — PLN 100.00 per room (double occupancy);
Full cleaning — PLN 100.00 per room (double occupancy);
Extra towels — PLN 50.00 (2 large / 2 small);
Portable bidet kits are available for purchase at the hotel shop.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and on all balconies. This includes tobacco, electronic cigarettes, incense and any substitutes. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
The Sobre de la Mesa restaurant also offers halal dishes. Halal certificates are available upon request from the restaurant manager.
In order to use the minibar in a room or pay for expenses in the restaurant, bar or spa, guests must open a hotel credit account at the reception upon check-in. Otherwise, it will not be possible.
