Important information

In case of arrival after 12:00 AM, guests should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Stag and hen, student or party groups are not permitted. A refundable deposit payable in cash upon arrival will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit, if they feel reservations that are booked separately are part of a wider group. This deposit will not apply to individual families or couples. The deposit amount will be refunded at check-out at the discretion of the hotel based on conduct at the hotel during the stay. All clients must inform the estimated arrival time upon booking is made. Restaurant and bar: opened from 07.03.24 to 31.10.24 + from 12.03.25 to 31.10.25. City tax: A tax will be applied to guests aged 13 or over as follows (charged directly by hotel): a) from November to March: no charges b) from April to October: EUR 2.00 per night/person, to a maximum of EUR 14.00 per person per stay.
