Important information

A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The city tax is paid upon check-out. Guests are required to contact the receptionist on the eve of arrival to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The restaurant is closed for lunch every day. The airport shuttle runs approximately every hour from 11:00 AM until 10:30 PM. The meeting point for the shuttle service is just opposite exit number 4 of Terminal 3 arrivals. The reservation of the room does not give the right to use the ancillary services such as example the swimming pool, the gym and the restaurant which could be reserved for private events.
