Without credit card details reservations are held until 18:00, at which point it is possible that the rooms are reassigned. The booking number needs to be entered at the check-in point to receive the access code for the main door. Guests expecting to arrive after 22:00 are kindly asked to call the property on the day of arrival to get further instructions for the check-in machine.
