Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. An extra bed on a fold-out sofa is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from April 1 to September 30 and from December 29 to January 8, the extra bed costs RUB 1500.00 per night; on other dates, the extra bed is provided free of charge. When booking an extra bed, breakfast and dinner are not included and must be paid for on-site. Breakfast costs RUB 900.00. A crib can also be provided as an extra bed. Children aged 0 to 7 years stay free of charge. Guaranteed early check-in is available at a cost of 100% of the previous night’s stay. Non-guaranteed early check-in is available from 08:00 AM free of charge, subject to room availability. Late check-out until 05:00 PM is charged at 50% of the room rate. Late check-out after 05:00 PM is charged at 100% of the room rate. A deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required when checking in with pets. The deposit is refundable provided no damage occurs in the room. The fee for staying with a pet up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per night, and for a pet up to 10 kg is RUB 1000.00 per night. Business travelers are provided with invoice documents. Check-in is allowed until midnight. After this time, check-in is possible only with prepayment equal to the cost of the first night. For bookings of three or more rooms, prepayment of one night is required, and free cancellation conditions may differ. For bookings of seven nights or more, prepayment of one night’s stay is required.
