When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. It is Hilton's policy to request a credit card upon check-in and temporarily block EUR 50 per day to cover possible extra charges. Should you require us not to request credit cards, then you need to provide us with a corporate credit card to guarantee all incidental charges. For this purpose, please provide credit card details in advance to the hotel. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that the on-site restaurant Purobeach will open on April 18th. To ensure availability during the busy summer season, we highly recommend pre-booking your sunbed before your arrival. You can secure your sunbed after confirming your reservation by contacting the Purobeach team. You will enjoy a special rate of 50% off as a hotel guest in our dedicated pool and oasis areas. The reserved room is set for the number of guests stated in your booking. Should this number be exceeded, a different room type or an additional room may be necessary, both subject to extra charges and availability. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
