Guests who require gluten-free meals or other special diet menus are requested to contact the hotel before arrival, using the contact details found on your booking confirmation. The hotel has 3 standard twin rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility. These rooms must be requested in advance. When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note, airport shuttle is available at an extra cost and prior reservation and it is subject to availability. Please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance to book the transfer. Please note that in order to guarantee your reservation, the hotel may block a certain amount of money (a pre-authorization) on your credit card before arrival. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Please note that dogs are allowed weighing up to 8 kg, at an extra charge of EUR 30 per dog per night.
