As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Guests under 15 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
