Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Mini-bar refundable deposit: RUB 5000.00. Foreign guests are charged a registration fee of RUB 250.00 for the entire period. Some deluxe rooms have a courtyard view and a business center. In the Standard and Deluxe rooms, the double bed is two single beds connected together, full double beds only in executive rooms. In case of providing standard and deluxe rooms with a double bed, the bed will be covered with two single-and-a-half duvets. If guests require a visa to enter the country, your hotel will in most cases provide guests with the necessary documents to obtain one. This list includes all hotel fees. However, the amount charged may vary depending, for example, on the room booked or the length of stay. In the car park in front of the hotel, there is a 50 kW ZEVS fast-charging station for electric vehicles. Pet accommodation in room is possible upon prior request, provided that its height does not exceed 40 cm at the withers and its weight does not exceed 10 kg, a carrier is also desirable. The cost of placing a pet in the room is RUB 1000.00 per day. For Standard and Deluxe room categories, spa center and pool services are paid, RUB 1500.00 per person for 2 hours. In the Executive Suite categories, the spa and pool are included in the booking price. In case of arrival after 10:00 PM, guests must notify the hotel in advance.
