Important information

A 3D Secure payment link from Simplissimmo will be sent after the free cancellation period. Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in. The $500 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement. Please note our virtual front desk is available 7 days a week via text, email, and phone. We provide a contactless check-in experience using a unique access code for building and room entry via a smart lock. A maximum of 2 guests per room and up to 2 visitors until 11PM are allowed. Security cameras monitor common areas; non-compliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
