Please note that all pre-paid reservations should be made through a secure link provided by the property. The link will be sent after the booking is made. Please be advised that there is a residential tower development currently underway outside the hotel premises behind the hotel’s Royal Club Tower Building. Guests may experience visual as well as intermittent noise disturbances. As per Government guidelines, children under 5 years have to be supervised at all times in the Adult and Children’s pool, and must wear a floating jacket in the adult pool. Pool Maintenance Essential maintenance and enhancement works are scheduled for the Lower Pool from 1st July to 31st August 2025. These daytime works are designed for minimal noise or visual disturbance. The resort's other two outdoor pools remain fully operational for uninterrupted guest enjoyment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
