If a deposit cannot be charged to a guest's credit card, the property will call the guest directly to confirm the credit card information. Kids from 0 - 11 years old stay free when using existing beds. Extra beds are subject to availability and have an extra cost. Please note that the "Lounge and relaxation area" spa package has an additional charge as does the "Beauty services" package which separately includes the following services: facial treatment, makeup service, hair treatment, manicure, pedicure, haircut, hair coloring, hairstyling, body treatment, body scrub, body wrap.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
