Please note that only one pet up to 9 kilos is allowed per room and has an extra charge of $1500.00 MXN per night (tax included), starting January 1, 2025. Request is necessary, please contact the property in advance. Pets can not be left unattended in the room. Your pet is not allowed in restaurants, bars, pool areas, spa, gym or other area indicated by hotel staff and should always be on a leash or container. You are responsible for all damages that your pet may cause and must sign a disclaimer of responsibility for pet lodging upon arrival. Please note that All-Inclusive rates only include breakfast, lunch and dinner at some of our restaurants during the stay. Only certain alcoholic beverages are included from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm (+18 years). All-inclusive benefits expire on the departure date at noon. Room service has an extra charge of 200 MXN.
