All-inclusive rates include: breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants during your stay (subject to operational availability). Room service 24 hours a day (delivery charge of $200.00 MXN applies). All-inclusive benefits expire on departure date at 12:00 hrs (noon). Please note that only one dog up to 9 kilos is allowed per room and has an extra charge of $ 1500.00 MXN per night (tax included). Request is necessary, please contact the property in advance. Dogs can not be left unattended in the room. Your dog is not allowed in restaurants, bars, pool areas, spa, gym or other area indicated by hotel staff and should always be subject to an email or container. You are responsible for all damages that your dog may cause and must sign a disclaimer of responsibility for dog lodging upon arrival.
