Important information
As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
VAT 16% is not included in the booking price.
Late check out requires pre-authorization.
A 25.00 USD per hour fee for late check-out is assessed.
After 4:00 pm, an additional night stay will be assessed on guest's credit card.
Regular check-in hours are from 4 PM to 7 PM. An additional charge of 40.00 USD will apply for after-hours check-in.
