Age restriction

There is no age requirement for check-in

Important information

Groups of more than 2 apartments are not accepted. Parties — hen, stag, football, school finalists are not accepted. Minimum age request of 21 years old to all the guests, except if come with parents. At the check-in a damage deposit will be required for type of apartment: T0: EUR 150.00, T1: EUR 200.00, T2: EUR 300.00. Damage deposit is EUR 100.00 for each person when a reservation has more than 2 apartments. For cancelations less than 72 hours, the hotel charges 3 nights. For No Show bookings the hotel charges the whole stay. If guests ignore the rules and insist on the booking, the hotel refuses to check-in and there will be no refund.
