The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. Please be informed that adult rates are applicable to children 6 years and older. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in all room types. On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicle height, width and length limit for on-site parking: 2.05 metres, 2 metres, 5.30 metres Free shuttle buses run regularly to/from JR Osaka Station's Sakurabashi Exit. Please note that there is no shuttle available from the station between 12:00 and 14:00. The bus stop is located below the train tracks, across the street from Eki-Marche. Please note that special requests (i.e. upper floor, room preference) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
