Please note that guest room balcony access is not guaranteed between April 14th and December 20th, 2024 due to external lodge renovations. The focus of the work is on the exterior portions of the building, so it will not affect any of the indoor offerings including the water park, attractions, family events, restaurants or retail outlets. Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Upon arrival, guests can have access to the water park from 10:00 a.m. Please be advised that a deposit will be charged after your booking is made in order to secure your room. Renovations and closures: The property is closed between September 8 and September 13, 2024. The property will be renovated from April 18, 2024 to December 20, 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected: • Exterior. • Select guestrooms. Renovation work will only be conducted on weekdays. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
