Important information

As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record at check-in the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) in form of a valid identity card, driving license or travel document. In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodation, however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty and the guest cannot request any compensation. Please note that, should any extra cleaning or repair be necessary because of guests' pets, the executive housekeeper has the right to charge the additional costs. Please note that the credit card used for the prepayment must be presented at check-in at the hotel. Should the card used for prepayment differ from the one that you will use during the stay, please contact the hotel beforehand. Reduction or extension of the length of stay may result in rate change. The credit/debit card presented at the time of check-in and/or reservation will be automatically pre-authorized by the hotel with the total room rate for the entire stay and additionally EUR 50 per day to cover eventual extra charges (e.g. minibar, room service, telephone costs, damages etc.). The blocked amount above the invoiced fee will be released at check-out. The minimum age is 16 years for treatments and to use the facilities (sauna, steam room, gym etc.). Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and are allowed to use the pool from 9:00 to 18:00. * REDESIGN NOTICE * Please note that from 18 November 2024 until mid-April 2025 work on a closed floor may result in occasional noise between 9:00 and 18:00. Every effort is being made to minimise disturbance but please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. During this period, we will ensure that all operational aspects of the hotel are unaffected, and guests will continue to enjoy the same level of service, amenities, and facilities.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
