Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel after departure . Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate. But not exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room type booked. Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board bookings are only inclusive of meals for paying adults, children under 5.99 years eat for free from the children’s menu when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a 50% discount on Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet at an additional charge. The hotel will be closed for renovations from June 16 - September 1, 2025. Enhancements include upgrades to guest rooms, the lobby, restaurants, lobby bar, main pool, and gardens. McGettigan’s JBR will remain open with direct street access.
