All guests including children staying at Jumeirah Al Qasr are required to present original valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a passport or GCC/UAE national ID. Please note that for single room bookings of 3 adults and 1 child, where occupancy is suited for 2 adults and 2 children, no additional beds can be added due to space restrictions. Bookings will be accommodated using the existing bedding; a king or twin bed(s) and a sofa bed. Please note that selected restaurants participating in half board include supplementary charges on selected food items. Please note that, in an effort to continually enhance the guest experience, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ will be conducting its essential annual maintenance between 8 January and 2 February 2025. During this period, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ will experience full closure. Bookings for 10 rooms and above will be considered a group, and group Terms & Conditions will be applicable.
