Important information

Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time. Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Vienna can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site. Please note that for reservations of 5 or more rooms different policies and supplements may apply. Valid credit card details are asked to hold on file during your stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorization is possible. Please note that breakfast will be served from 07:00 to 10:00 during daily, and will be served as brunch from 11:00 to 14:00 on weekends. Brunch is a la carte and can only be booked on site. Cleaning service is offered every third day. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra fee when desired.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
