Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From February 4 to February 12, 2025 inclusive, access to the pool, hammams and saunas in the Luceo SPA area will be closed for technical reasons. The gym will be available for visiting as usual, and Spa procedures can be visited by prior booking. Children between the ages of 12 and 16 are only allowed to use the spa if accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa. An early check-in fee will be charged. A late check-out fee will be charged. Rooms for guests with disabilities are available only in the Premium Suite category. Airport pickup is available with a BMW 7 at an additional cost. Baby cot (crib) - available free of charge in all room categories for children under 3 years old. Pets up to 7 kg and 40 cm at the withers are allowed at no extra charge, the presence of an animal in public areas is limited, the hotel staff will not have access to the guest's room if the animal is left unattended in the room.
