The Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel has shared additional details on the ongoing renovation.
All guest rooms will be undergoing renovation, but the project will be completed around November 2025. The exact timeline has not yet been set. The lobby and original entrance are closed due to the hotel's internal renovation. The expected completion date for the full lobby renovation is October 2025.
The renovation is being done in stages using barricades; no noise or visual disturbances are expected. Once one section is completed, it will be opened to guests before the next section is completed. No heavy equipment will be allowed. There will be no direct impact on guest rooms, as the renovation will only be in the lobby.
