A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to nonrefundable rates. Cleaning is done only at the end of the stay for the apartments, while for the rooms it is daily. Air conditioning is available from approx. Mid-June to Mid-September at Management's discretion. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 euro per pet, per stay applies.
