Important information

COVID-19 antigen test is available at the Resorts starting January 20. The test has an additional cost and is payable on property. Please note that guests staying on a Saturday or Sunday night may need to change rooms. The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to speed up this process. At least one of the guests registered in each suite must be over 25 years old and will be held accountable for the rest of the suite's occupants. Your reservation charge will appear on your credit card statement under the name of ROYALRES or Royal Reservation. Please contact us after booking with any questions regarding the charge for this reservation. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. Housekeeping service twice a week. Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card and official identification at check-in. No refunds will be given for any cancellation or modification made after check-in. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Extra beds are not available.
