Please note that the same credit card used for payment of prepaid reservations need to be presented upon check-in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact the property for more information. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if travelling as part of a family. Children between 0-3 years are not allowed in the wellness area. Children from 4-15 years are welcome from 10:00 - 18:00, if accompanied by an adult. Please note that the hotel and restaurant are cash-free. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 350 SEK per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note that access to the wellness is for 1 hour per person and subject to availability. Parking is not possible to book in advance, can be bought upon arrival. Please note from 8/7-11/8 2024 the checkout time is at 11.00 (instead of 12.00)Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
