Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. The check-in takes place directly at the apartment. Guests must provide an email with their identity card or passport before the arrival in order to receive the access code. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival. Please note that the pictures are only representative and show examples of room categories. Apartment use and commercial ban: Any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes is strictly prohibited. In case of a proven violation of this rule, VISIONAPARTMENTS will take the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, as well as to demand the immediate departure of the guests Please be informed that our signature items (e.g. toiletries) are arrival amenities only, which means that they will not be replaced. Late check-out (after 10:00) is possible until 3:00 p.m. Please note that the cost of late check-out is RON 200.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
