Please note that there is a 2.6% charge when you pay with a credit card. Guests must provide a credit card upon check in. Guests are required to present a passport as a form of ID upon check-in. Please note that it is prohibited to carry, store, or charge bicycle batteries, as this may endanger the safety of the facilities and guests. For bookings of 6 or more people, a group booking policy applies. (Full upfront payment is needed, a damage deposit is required. Group reservations go through an approval process, so you can be contacted by the hostel to confirm that you agree with what is required.) Reception/frontdesk hours for your comfort and assistance from 9:00 to 9:00 pm. **Please note that bed assignments are made according to bed and room type availability and therefore there is no guarantee that the requested beds will be assigned together or in the same room. ***Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
