Important information

Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise. The cancellation deadline is 15:00 (see the 'Cancellation' section for day). Guests booking Party Packages may experience noise at night due to loud music played at the bar. Upon check-in you will need to provide a payment card for pre-authorisation for the room rate, plus an additional GBP 100 and a photo ID. Cash payments/deposits cannot be accepted. Please note, the property may contact you after the reservation is made to provide payment information and instructions for check-in. While Velvet Hotel does it's best to minimize noise disruption, due to it's location in Manchester’s Gay Village, some external noise is unavoidable during busier periods (including Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings). The hotel reception can provide ear plugs on request. Village Brasserie and Velvet Bar are closed on Monday and Tuesday, the hotel reception can assist with alternative food and beverage arrangements.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
