Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the maximum occupancy of each room is mentioned in the room description. Extra beds are not available unless otherwise specified. Guests who arrive at the hotel with more people than allowed in the room booked, cannot be accommodated in the hotel and late cancellation policies will apply. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel at least 48 hours in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found in the booking confirmation. The hotel offers limited on-site parking (charges apply) which can separately be reserved in advance. You are required to first check-in at the hotel. Afterwards you will be accompanied to the garage or parking. Please note that payment is due in full upon check-in in case of standard booking. For non refundable bookings the full amount is deducted directly from the given Credit Card. Check in is not possible after 20:00. Please note that there is no elevator.
