A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive a credit card authorisation, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guest must be 25 years of age or older to check in at the property. If expecting to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact property in advance for check-in instructions. Please note daily cleaning service is not provided.
