A THB 5,000 security deposit per stay is required at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card (money blocked on card). This will be used for incidentals or other expenses during your stay.
The use of cannabis is not permitted anywhere on our property, including guest rooms, terraces, gardens, and all our outdoor areas.
Children at the ages of 2 – 12 stay for free if using existing bedding. However, there is an additional breakfast charge of THB 1,000 per child per night.

Please note that effective 1 November 2025, our Ocean Rooms will transition to 16 years of age and over experience. The reservations for Ocean Room stay on or after 1 November 2025 will be limited to guests aged 16 and above. All other room categories remain open to guests of all ages.

Booking the airport pick up by speedboat from Samui Airport can reduce the travel time to the resort from 2 hours to less than an hour with a seamless stress-free experience. Please contact the property for further information.
Scheduled Speedboat: Pick up at Samui airport or nearby hotels by hotel car and escort to the pier at Bang Rak. Speedboat departs to Buri Rasa Village Koh Phangan hotel. 2,000 THB per person/way or 3,500 THB per person/round trip. For children, the price is half of the adult. A compulsory charge for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for 2 persons. Additional compulsory charges will be incurred for each extra person, payable directly at the hotel upon check-in.
