it is indispensable to present a covid test no longer than 48 hours to make the registration or in its absence the vaccination card. Foreign guests and Colombians residing outside the country are exempt from paying 19% VAT when contracting a tourist package (accommodation and services). They will only have to pay 8% consumption tax. A TP-11 tourist visa or 5/PTP-5 permit must be presented upon arrival. In accordance with article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, it is noted that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are classified as criminal and civil offenses according to current legislation. Children must be accompanied by their parents and present an identity document. If they travel accompanied by another adult without family ties or another relative, an authorization signed before a notary by both parents must also be presented.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
