Important information

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Local guests have to present any of these IDs when checking in: passport, drivers license or a local ID. Foreign guests are only allowed to present their passport as a valid ID. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. A credit card hold is required as a security deposit.
