As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Front desk works from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If guests will be arriving out of working hours, they must get in contact with the hotel. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.Disinfectant is used to clean the property, and bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; guests are provided with hand sanitizer.
